  • 1996 Pattedars entered in to suit against Shankarhills welfare association.

  •  Orders and Judgement states that Shankar hills has no rights on these plots and judgement given in fav of pattedars.

  • Only individual plot owners should file for title with particulars of sale deeds through whom they have purchased

  • The nature of possession enjoyed by them over the respective plots and nature of interference from the respondents.
