  • The above layout is not accurate to scale

  • The land is not converted from agricultural land, still current land is shown as agricultural land in all the revenue records

  • The entire land is under GO111 and based on that plots with yards are not valid and minimum 8 Guntas need to be registered

  • The above one is approved by grampanchayat limits where it has rights to do layout for max 8 acres only if it is not under GO111.

  • Govt already issued criminal notices to  all the surpanches and VDO's who are involved in these types of illegal layouts.

  • Before entering any further activities on this, better to contact VRO/VDO or Surpanch of Vattinagulapally.
